AEI member artist and choreographer Nicola Ayoub leads her dance workshop Face Forward for the women's professional association Justice Administrative Alter-Egale in Lyon.

Gender and Justice
On November 7, 2025, the choreographer Nicola Ayoub led her dance workshop Face Forward for the association Justice Administrative Alter-Egale in Lyon, which works in favor of parity and for the dissemination of a true culture of equality within the French administrative justice.
The session kicked off with a dance performance by AEI member, Nicola, who modeled her artistry and command of the space for participants through flawless execution of her personal choreography.
Following the performance, this training invited participants to discover their physical potential and to develop their capacity for exchange and dynamic interaction with others, through a movement-based approach.

Beyond Art
Dance has long been recognized as a tool for personal development and social cohesion. Since the 1940s, dance therapy developed in the United States and Europe, highlights the beneficial effects of movement on self-confidence, emotional expression, and psychological well-being. Numerous studies and initiatives supported by international institutions, such as UNESCO, have confirmed its role in developing personal and collective skills.
"A truly wonderful afternoon of well-being, sharing, and relaxation. Passionate, kind, and radiant, Nicola helped us experience all the benefits of dance through a joyful, enriching, and very warm group experience." - Sophie
